Do you charge a delivery fee?

We do not charge a delivery fee.

What zipcodes do you deliver to?

We currently serve Dallas and surrounding cities. We will soon be expanding to more cities as well.

Are you getting your produce directly from the farms?

We are directly sourcing from farms and also purchase from suppliers who are directly sourcing from farms. Based on the season and demand we are sourcing from the various part of the United States of America.

What is your delivery time?

All orders will be delivered next day between 5-8 pm. We are planning to add more delivery slots soon.

How do you price your product?

Some of the product pricing are straight forward but some are not. All fruits and vegetables that are based on weight use variable pricing. If you buy 1 lb of fruits we will pack anywhere between 1-1.3 lbs, so pricing is based on 1.3 lbs.

Do you wash all the fruits and vegetables?

Yes we wash most of the fruits and vegetables, but some varieties are recommended not be washed due to their characteristics.

Can I Buy fruits and vegetables along with food item?

Yes you can.

Who prepares the food items?

Vegvana restaurant is preparing and suppling all the food and snacks. We will be partnering with other suppliers soon.

At check-out we are getting a message stating some items cannot be delivered to the zipcode?

We are validating the address through the Google Map database. Please allow few seconds to auto-populate your address. As of now, the Frisco area is reflecting the old zipcode, but you can still place the order and get it delivered to your home.

Do I need to create an account to place the order?

Creating an account is optional, but we recommend creating an account so it will be easy for you to track and refer to your previous orders.

What is your minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is $35. However, we want to try our service so for a limited time we are waiving minimum order values.

How do my items get packed?

Most of the fruits and vegetables are washed and are zip-lock packed, making it will easy to go straight into the fridge.

Return – Refund

Our quality assurance team cautiously remove damaged or unfresh fruits and vegetables during packing. Sometimes human errors happen. In that case we can refund your money or deliver fresh replacements.

How do I contact customer service?

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order anytime, but we request that you cancel as soon as possible so our logistics team can process your cancellation through our system. You can cancel it via online chat, e-mail or phone.

What are the methods of payment you accept?

We accept all credit/debit cards and Google PAY.

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?

No.

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

We don’t deliver if the product is not fresh in that case we will refund the money within 48 hours.
